台北市長柯文哲和市府局處首長近期疑為特定總統或立委參選人輔選，北市府今天公布政務官行政中立規範，不可在上班時請假從事站台、拜票等助選活動，但可用私人手機傳拉票簡訊。

柯文哲上任之初，曾說要讓台北市成為藍綠非戰區，並對二○一六大選提出「四不原則」，即「不站台、不錄影、不錄音、不掃街」。

不過柯文哲近期在假日四處為國民黨以外立委參選人另類助選，如時代力量黨籍立委參選人黃國昌、社民黨范雲、民進黨柯建銘、親民黨黃珊珊等人，參加座談、參訪、音樂會等活動。
